I checked the weather forecast to see if Saturday was supposed to be sunny.
And the answer is...Yes. Yes it is. (Keeping my fingers crossed!)
I want to lay out and add to my slight tan and later travel with Wonderful Husband to Solebury Orchards to choose/purchase some peaches. I see a peach cobbler in our future and hope to share it with some neighbors with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yum.
I am also realizing how many young(er) mom blogs I read. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of good ones out there but I was reading about one that is having a scripture study and they determined that morning wasn't great for everyone because of "nursing mamas and mamas of bed wetters."
I don't fit into that category.
Remember? I have adult children.
I figure there must be empty nester blogs that I haven't found yet and think I'll do a little research to try and find them.
Any suggestions?
I can relate about the young mom blogs...I too am a pretty much empty-nester. I did a blog on Friday about what I'm doing with my 'empty' time this year. I love following along on your 1000 gifts journey! My husband was just bugging me to make some peach cobbler...hope you got to make some. :)
